I blend deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release and Swedish techniques to give you more than relaxation-real relief that lasts.
What Sets Us Apart?
Synchrony Bodyworks was started because I saw an opportunity to provide people with a comprehensive therapeutic experience, while recognizing exceptional practitioners. This means that I help educate clients with how to maintain physical wellness in their everyday lives, not just from massage. With the frequency based discounts featured in the Preferred Client Membership, I wanted to be able to provide affordable options for people who need more therapeutic help.

"I have been getting massages for years and Zachary is the most skilled therapist that I have ever worked with. I recommend him without reservation. Over his extensive career, he has clearly mastered his craft. He is able to accurately identify and effectively treat all areas of tension and stress. He applies various levels of pressure based on client feedback and tissue response. He adheres to the highest standards of professionalism and respect for his clients. From start to finish, his massages are truly a blissful experience. Afterwards, he provides excellent recommendations on stretching for muscle groups targeted during the massage." -Mark Wise
"I got a massage last Friday as a treat to myself and also get some tension relief.
Seriously one of the BEST massages I’ve had! I upgraded with the Himalayan salt stones and that felt amazing. His massage released a lot of my sore and tense points, jaw, neck, shoulder, hips- no idea I had sore knees! I hold a LOT of tension in my neck and shoulders and so I often get headaches. For the last few years I frequently get bodywork done- chiropractic, acupuncture, etc. I’ve been on the lookout for fun, knowledgeable professionals and Zachary is that. Very comfortable and relaxing - I almost fell asleep.
Bonuses that I haven’t really seen with other massage pros: short-range Availability, hot towel at the end (that you use yourself), and after-care notes. I will certainly book again soon. Thank you!!!" -Hanh Le
"Absolutely wonderful experience! Getting to the location itself is very easy and right off the highway. The space inside is very homey and inviting, the colorful lights and music really set a calming and relaxing mood. The option to have my phone and watch charge during the session was a great added touch!
Zachary himself was prompt and had everything ready to go before getting there. Once I got checked in, he was very thorough in walking me through the process so I felt as comfortable as possible. He listened to the concerns I had coming in, shoulder issues with some soreness in the forearms and hips. During the massage, he really focused on those problem areas while tying them into the rest of the massage. I left feeling like things got worked on with recommendations of electrolytes to help the muscles stay happy.
Again, overall 5 star experience and everything I could have asked for in a massage and exceeding all the other sessions I’ve had." -Kelsi Brown
"Zachary has an incredible understanding of the body; it felt like he knew exactly where the stress was. His technique is both strong and soothing—such a rare combination. I had the most skillful massages ever and his professionalism really shines." -Anise Mazone

Dry Cupping Therapy
Dry Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is an ancient technique where cups are places on the tight areas to decompress the tissue with suction. This help improve circulation, relieve muscle tension, and promote relaxation, providing an alternative solution for for pain and stress relief

Modalities include:
Deep Pressure vs Deep Tissue
One thing to note is deeper pressure and more pain does not always mean more results. Sometimes the body responds better to softer techniques applied appropriately.
I specialize in a variety of techniques which are customized each session to fit your unique needs. Whether you're looking for light pressure or deep work.
The back, neck and shoulders are an integral part of a lot of people's tension, and that is something I can focus on in any session. At the start of each session I talk with you about how to help you get the relief you're looking for.
Soreness can be a natural part of recovery
I use a 3-step pressure level:
Light pressure which generally does not cause soreness and is for more relaxing therapies
Firm pressure which can cause some soreness from targeted work
Deep pressure which can cause more soreness as the focused bodywork breaks up tougher areas
