Walkthrough of a massage session:
Many massage sessions focus primarily on areas where people commonly carry tension, including the back, neck, and shoulders, while still incorporating the rest of the body throughout the massage.
We’ll begin by reviewing your massage goals, the areas you would like worked on and avoided, pressure preferences, and aromatherapy choice before I step out to let you get situated on the table. I’ll knock before re-entering to begin the session.
The massage session time starts when i re-enter the room.
I start massage sessions face down, working on the back and shoulders before having you turn over for work on the neck. For a full body massage, work may also include the posterior and anterior legs, feet, arms, and hands if you are comfortable with those areas being included.
After the session, I’ll step out again to give you time to get dressed comfortably before we go over personalized recommendations, future session suggestions, and checkout.
