Enhance Your Experience With These Add-Ons

Himalayan Hot Stone Massage

US$20.00

Enhance your massage session with Himalayan hot stones. These deliver soothing heat while infusing the skin with over 80 natural minerals and nutrients to support relaxation and balance. They have a mild texture to them which does light exfoliation.

Not recommended for clients with high blood pressure, heart conditions, history of stroke, or other medical concerns—please consult with your doctor if unsure.

Dry Cupping Therapy

US$25.00

Cupping therapy is an ancient technique where cups are places on the tight areas to decompress the tissue with suction. This help improve circulation, relieve muscle tension, and promote relaxation, providing an alternative solution for for pain and stress relief.

Not recommended for clients with high blood pressure, heart conditions, history of stroke, or other medical concerns—please consult with your doctor if unsure.

Modalities include:

Swedish Massage

A relaxing massage technique using long, flowing strokes to improve circulation and reduce tension.

Deep Tissue Massage

Targets deeper muscle layers to release chronic tightness and pain.

Trigger Point Therapy

Focuses on relieving trigger points to relieve referred pain and restore movement.

Sports Massage

A more interactive massage technique that uses movement to address the muscles.

Myofascial Release

A slow and more gentle technique to loosen stubborn areas to improve flexibility.

Deep Pressure vs Deep Tissue

One thing to note is deeper pressure and a more intense massage does not always mean more results. Sometimes the body responds better to softer techniques applied appropriately.

I specialize in a variety of techniques which are customized each session to fit your unique needs. Whether you're looking for light pressure or deep work.

The back, neck and shoulders are an integral part of a lot of people's tension, and that is something I can focus on in any session. At the start of each session I talk with you about how to help you get the relief you're looking for.

Soreness can be a natural part of recovery

I use a 3-step pressure level:

Light pressure which generally does not cause soreness and is for more relaxing therapies

Firm pressure which can cause some soreness from targeted work

Deep pressure which can cause more soreness as the focused bodywork breaks up tougher areas
